Dev and Callum started fixing friends' bikes on a balcony in Year 10. When the balcony ran out of room, Dev's uncle, who runs the car wash two arches down, let them use a corner of his space on Saturdays.
Now we have our own arch, a proper workstand, a wall of tools and a very loud train every four minutes. We still charge fair prices and we still explain exactly what we did.
