WHO'S BEHIND THIS
I learned to sew on YouTube and now I can't stop.
Hey. I'm Maya, I'm in Year 12 in Hackney. It started when my favourite jacket ripped and instead of binning it I patched it with an old pillowcase. People at school kept asking where I got it.
Thread Lightly is me, my nan's 1980s sewing machine, and my best mate Zara on photos. We rent a corner of a shared studio on Saturdays and every penny goes back into fabric, thread and bus fares to car boot sales.

Royal Mail tracked, £4.50, in recycled mailers. Free if you're in E5, E8 or E9 and happy to wait for a bike drop.
What if it doesn't fit?
Returns within 14 days, or swap it for store credit at the next pop-up.
